Episode
Description:
Are you a leader who
seeks to build a business that honors God in all areas? Our guest
this week is Mike Sharrow, President and CEO of C12 Business
Forums. Mike is someone who has wrestled with this question and
helps Christian business owners that find themselves on a similar
journey. Through his work with C12, Mike is encouraging and
challenging others with the message that “God cares about what you
do, why you do it, how you do it, and what it accomplishes.”
As Christian leaders,
we are called to integrate our faith and our work with excellence.
In order to build a God-honoring business, Mike shares about the
importance of the alignment of an organization’s mission with the
essential components of operating a company. Often, a leader may
feel isolated throughout this process. C12 exists to meet that need
by helping leaders find a community for mutual encouragement.
On this episode, you
will hear Mike and Bobby discuss:
- How to build a good business AND live out your purpose in
Christ.
- Navigating this cultural and generational moment.
- Cultivating a “Buffalo Culture” that runs into the storms that
businesses encounter.
- The reality of business as an amazing frontier for
ministry.
