Hands Healthcare. Summer faced a lawsuit from big business when she
and her co-founder launched their business. However, the
challenging season taught her tenacity and perseverance when given

About the guest: Summer Napier BSN, RN, HCS-C,
HCS-O is the founder and CEO of Healing Hands Healthcare LLC,
Healing Hands Primary Home Care, LLC, and Little Black Bag House
Calls, LLC in Wichita Falls. She has more than ten years of
experience in home care, with the past 7+ years in executive-level
management. Summer oversees the daily operations, growth,
profitability, and execution of the company's vision. Summer is an
active member in both the Texas Association of Home Care & Hospice,
serving as Vice-Chair on the Medicare/Hospice Committee, as well as
serves in the Finance, Government Affairs, Education, Clinical
Practice, and the Private Pay Committees. Summer is also active
with the National Association of Home Care & Hospice, where she
participates in multiple committees and councils. She serves on the
Private Duty Advisory Board, Advocacy Council, and Home Care &
Hospice Financial Managers Association Workgroup. She holds
certifications as a Home Care Specialist in Compliance and a Home
Care Clinical Specialist in Oasis. Summer received her Bachelors in
Science of Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and is
currently pursuing her Master's in Business Administration in
Healthcare Management and her Master's in Legal Studies in
Healthcare Law.
About the host: Following a successful career as CEO,
Bobby sold his business to a publicly-traded company. In what
he calls his "second half of life", Bobby seeks to pour
Biblically-based principles into growth-minded business, church,
and non-profit leaders.
