True North Leader with Bobby Albert

Feb 16, 2022

Today's discussion challenges leaders to start asking the right questions so they can solve the right problems - for the business and those they serve! Guest Rodney Hammer, Founder and President of Restoration House, had a come to Jesus moment when he talked with a woman forced into prostitution. He learned that if you don't have a safe, specific, and trauma-informed staffed safe-home, you cannot take people out of human trafficking. This conversation led Rodney to discover the gap in helping human-trafficked individuals find long-term healing and freedom. Host Bobby Albert and guest Rodney Hammer dive into the deep waters of helping the vulnerable and how organizations need to respond in a crisis so they can continue being God's hands and feet here on earth.
