About the guest: Rick Boxx is the CEO and Founder of Unconventional Business Network, a nonprofit member organization dedicated to helping small business leaders learn and model Biblical principles in their workplace. Rick has been a serial entrepreneur, former banker, CPA, and consultant. He has written six books, including Unconventional Business, and lives in Overland Park, KS, with his lovely and lively wife Kathy. They have three children and four grandchildren in the works.
 
About the host: Following a successful career as CEO, Bobby sold his business to a publicly-traded company. In what he calls his "second half of life", Bobby seeks to pour Biblically-based principles into growth-minded business, church, and non-profit leaders.
