True North Leader with Bobby Albert

Sep 21, 2022

Guest Carey Green says he puts employees first and customers second. If you're a long-time listener, this might sound like flipping the org chart! He believes in this so strongly that he put it on his website! Carey is a former pastor and current CEO of Podcast Fast Track. As we discussed Christian values in leadership, he told host Bobby Albert that humility is the biggest lesson he has learned. And boy, does it play into today's topic. In this interview, you'll hear: how putting employees before the customer is a key to leading; why you should hire character over skill; and why Christian leaders should seek the Lord and not just know about him. Y'all, the right people with the right character can do a lot! Tune in to hear how.

About the guest: Carey is a retired Pastor of 20+ years but still works daily to teach and encourage individuals through a 7-minute Christian daily devotional podcast, The Morning mindset. He has also built a podcast production business - Podcast Fast Track - and leads a team of 15 full and part-time contractors. His hope is to serve, lead, and lift up the name of Jesus in all that he does.
